2.Furniture manufacturing IKEA, Aramis ltd, Baia Mare

 

Aramis Invest, sofas manufacturing, having the main beneficiary the swedish group IKEA, includes a songe factory, tailors, wood preoccesing and assembly, upholstery and sofas factory. Trought the task that WME ERP will have to respond are: production planning organizing the logistic supply and delivery world wide through a performance system based on barcode scanners, optimization of production releases. The company size doesn't allow us to establish this project as finished, due to its complex activity and continue reorganization of the company goes to a constantly rethinking of a certain procces in the application. This project, having KPMG Bucharest consultants, was the base in WME developments for production costs calculation (and thustrade and logistics activity).

3. Novis - Typography, Cluj-Napoca

 

Implementing WME to this famous typography (part of the group Constantia, Austria) primarly focused on restructuring the production processes, starting with planning the production to a detailed trucking, thus the material level but also the labor. Is the first company in the country which uses with succes this facilities of postcalculation of production costs in WME. The implementation was succesfuly finished.

The company activity includes: abatoir, butchery, meat production, national distribution, trade through its 12 shops proccesing and wood sale, building activities. WME, parameterized on profit centers, offers to the managers an overview. During the implementation we found necessary to develop some specific developments, for exemple weighing meat to approval (automatic generation of invoices based on weighing) using touchscreens, putting into production after a weekly delivery schedule or commercial evidence specific to shops.

The company is promoter on the Roumanin market of the german product, Schücco, Mimo has 3 important locations: Sighetu Marmatiei, Cluj-Napoca si Bucharest. System implementation targeted to improve the trade relationship with partners through a rigorous traking of the projects activity. It realized a detalied traking on (materials, projects, noted problems, labor, billable work, execution phases, framing in specific consumption and budget, receivable on works) mounting-construction contracts and their profitability.

Member of GM Italy group, the company decided to implement WME ERP for traking the hole production and trade activity. Implementation requires to develop an B2B application some intelligent components for production and delivery planning. The production planning is made on geographic area delivery and development service routes (trucks,capacity, routes) optimal. For this implementation had develop in WME also the facilities for dynamic recipe, based on corresponding attributes of the final product. For a detalied control of delivery it will implement a sollution based on barcode technology (ean13, code39) and will be used mobile data terminalesto each one of the 4 factory section.

7. Consumer cooperative Consumcoop ltd, Tg. Lapus

 

Beyond on trade activity, the company has a rental activity spaces, activity which is followed in WME (contracts, automatic bill, automatic due and p-entalities calculation). The company, has over 30 locations which needed to be monitored on ballance level and then aggregaded into a summary ballance, found in WME the HOLDING facilities to avoid double registration of datas. Consolidating data from multiple subunits its possible based on the same WME conception which allows to illustrated several subunits in the same database, having all the accounting and stock reports on each subunit and also on the entire holding. The implementation has succesffully ended.
